Here is everything you need to kow about April Disney World crowds, events and even the weather. In April the crowds at Disney World are out of control at least until spring break winds down. In April Spring Training ends, and flowers and Rock-and-Roll take center stage (literally). The weather makes it a beautiful time for Disney World vacations.

April Walt Disney World Events

Spring Training with the Atlanta Braves ends just after the first of the month. The Braves move back to Atlanta to start the regular season. Play Ball.

 

April there is one big Disney World event. Epcot's International Flower and Garden Festival takes center stage. The Festival is complete with some great vintage rock-and-roll bands, beautiful flower exhibits and lectures from celebritys from HGTV.

Again this year, Easter falls in April. Walt Disney World doesn't have any events tied to Easter, however the April Disney World crowds will be lots bigger over the Easter Weekend.

April Crowds at Walt Disney World

The month will start off to heavy to very heavy crowds in all the parks as the last of the Spring Break crowds clear out and the Easter crowds hit the parks. The middle of the month will have weekend locals that will swell the crowds to a fairly heavy level, but the weekdays will be moderately busy.

April Weather in Orlando

In Orlando, April Disney World crowds are unpredictable. But the weather is not so much. The weather is pretty stable and downright nice. The lows average around 60º F the highs around 83º F. April is the dryest month of the year with just 6 days of rain (on average).
