Donald's Boat

Gone and probably forgotten: Donald's Boat was one of the rides removed in the Fantasyland expansion. We'll miss this leaky hulk in the summertime, but it's not that big of a loss.

The Boat is a watery play area for preschoolers in Mickey's Toontown. The little ones hop aboard the SS Miss Daisy for some fun water action. Little guest can spin the captain's wheel, pull the whistle and water spits out, and clang the ship's bell. Watch out for the lily pads they tend to squirt without notice.

The Miss Daisy is blue, white, and yellow just like Donald. It has a picture of Daisy on the side of the bow. As kids board the can find a smokestack with Donald's drying sailor suit. The play area is full of jumping fountains and other wet suprises.

Yes, wet suprises. Be warned, there is a lot of water around here.

Good place for kids to get out some energy while parents sit close by on benches and watch.
During the winter holidays, the play area is decorated like an old fashioned tree sales lot with live trees, poinsettias, both of which you can buy.
