October Magic Kingdom Hours

Here are the October Magic Kingdom Hours for 2011. Fall is in full swing. October is a really fun time to visit Walt Disney World and especially the Magic Kingdom. Ghosts, ghouls and goblins all come out to play (the Casper kind, not the scary kind).

Time to slow down and relax at the Magic Kingdom. Walt Disney World in the fall is a much different place than the summer or holiday seasons. The crowds are slower. The parks are more relaxed. The weather is a bit cooler. Everything is beautiful.

There are some great Disney World events during October Magic Kingdom hours. At the Magic Kingdom Mickey's No So Scary Halloween Party is performed on selected nights. During the party there is a character parade, special fireworks, trick or treating throughout the park, your favorite characters dressed in costumes, and special music and lighting. You must purchase an additional ticket to enter the party.

In Epcot, the International Food and Wine Festival has great food and great music. Fall is just a great time to visit.

Extra Magic Hours

The EMH you see in the calendar is Disney's Extra Magic Hours. EMH is a program for Disney hotel guests that allows you to be in the park outside of normal operating hours. Only selected rides are open during Extra Magic Hours.
