Star Tours Marquee

This week Disney put up the new Marquee for the new Star Tours ride.

Star Tours the Adventure Continues is scheduled to open on May 20 at Walt Disney World and on June 3 at Disneyland. The new ride will have a brand new movie with several destinations. This will provide guests different experiences each time they ride.

New destinations include Tatooine, Coruscant, Naboo, Kashyyyk and Hoth and/or a visit to the Death Star hanging above the planet Geonosis.

The opening at Walt Disney World is in conjunction with the first Star Wars Weekend. There are lots of big happenings in conjunction with the opening. D23 is throwing a big opening party for it's members. Many of the biggest names in Star Wars will be there for the opening.

The new Star Tours Marquee was placed over the attraction entrance. It will welcome all guests into the redesigned ride. To infinity and beyond (oops, wrong space movie.) How about, "May the Force be with you."
