Walt Disney World Wilderness Lodge
Guest Room Information
The Walt Disney World Wilderness Lodge is considered a Disney Deluxe Resort when it comes to pricing. It has the smallest rooms of all the Deluxe Resorts. For example one of the standard 728 guestrooms is about 340 square feet. The standard guest room in the Polynesian Village Resort is about 450 square feet.
Rooms are full of wood paneling and are well decorated. Some of them even have bunk beds to give that outdoor feeling.

There are 3 basic room types and the difference revolves around the bed options. There are rooms with 1 king bed (which only sleeps 2), 2 queen beds or one queen bed and 2 bunk beds. The rooms have different views. There are standard views, woods views and courtyard views. There are some special rooms on the club level.
If you are looking for larger accommodations, check out the Villas side of the resort.

Dad's Bottom Line
Rooms at the Lodge aren't very big. Still this resort has a lot of people who love staying here. It's a beautiful place and you can usually find reasonable (a relative term when you are talking about Disney) rates.
