What Would Walt Do?
That is a really good question and one that Disney executives should probably think about today.
D. M. Miller was a project manager working for one of the contractors that built Walt Disney World. In this 148 page ebook, he tells the story of dealing with quality control issues as Disney tried to complete the Magic Kingdom.

The book starts out with a construction meeting where a contractor is trying to convince Disney that some inferior work on the exterior walls of the Magic Kingdom would be OK. The question came up ... What would Walt do?
The rest of the book talks about Mr. Miller's dealing with Disney and the aftermath of Uncle Walt's death and how it effected the construction of Disney World.
I will say that the writing in this book is not on the level of John Grisham, but it is easy to read.
