Be Our Guest Restaurant

Be Our Guest is located at the base of Beast Castle in the new Enchanted Forest area of Fantasyland. Once you step inside this restaurant you will be transported into the story of Beauty and the Beast.

The restaurant is now open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It's one of the most unique restaurants at Walt Disney World in that it combines both Table Service and Quick Service meals. Breakfast and Lunch are Quick Service and Dinner is Table Service. More on that later.

Be Our Guest

This is one of the most highly anticipated restaurant openings at Walt Disney World. Be Our Guest provides a once in a life time experience guests are sure to never forget. I would rank it up there with a meal in Cinderella Castle.

The Rose Gallery features pictures of life in the Castle and a really huge figurine of Belle and her Beast. The figurine twirls and plays music while you dine on really great food. If you are eating in this room do not forget to take a picture of the kids by the figurine.

Remember when Beast told Belle she could go anywhere in the castle except the West Wing? Well I guess the beast had a change of heart because everyone can now enjoy dinner in the West Wing. The enchanted rose is still on display in the West Wing and petals even fall off just like in the movie.

The Ballroom is a great escape from the weather and scenery in Florida. The painted ceiling mimics the one seen in the movie and twinkling chandeliers add to the mood. The windows feature the mountains that Beast Castle sits upon. You might even see snow falling out the windows, a rarity in Orlando.

What to Expect

This is one of the most unique (or confusing?) restaurants at WDW. You need an Advanced Dining Reservations to eat here, even though breakfast and lunch are Quick Service. And even during those meals, you select and pay for your food but then servers bring it to your table. At breakfast and lunch you seat yourself anywhere there is an open table.

Adding to the unusual protocol, guests have a number of ordering and payment options. You can order your food and pay for it in advance using the My Disney Experience app to seat yourself immediately after check in or you can line up to order and pay. If you have a MagicBand, your food will magically find you and if not you'll be given a magic rose to help guide your meal to your table.

At dinner, Be Our Guest becomes a traditional restaurant. When your name is called the hostess will hand you a Lumiere figurine to help guide you through the castle and seat you at your table (you can request a specific room but you're not guaranteed to be seated there). Your server takes things from there, just as you'd expect.

Breakfast

Breakfast at Be Our Guest is a little unusual (have I said that already?). The food is French-American and it's a prix fixe menu (that roughly mean fixed price). It's $14 for kids and $25 for adults - that includes a pastry tray for the table to share and individual entrees. You can also order beverages, souvenir cups, and even the "grey stuff" Master's Cupcake for an additional fee.

Breakfast is served from 8am-10:30am. Expect to find the regular eggs and bacon, oatmeal, and french toast - in addition to crepes, quiche, and other more "French" style dishes at breakfast.

Lunch

Lunch is served starting at 11 a.m until 2:30pm. Unlike at breakfast, you'll order a la carte (a fancy way of saying just order what you want, there's no set menu). This is a spot that offers soups, entrees, and desserts so you can have a light lunch, make a 3-course meal out of it, or whatever suits your fancy.

The menu is again French inspired with some American-ish dishes. You'll fine brasied pork, salads, soups, quiche, sandwiches, and a range of cupcakes and cream puffs for dessert.

Dinner

To quote a famous candlestick, "Dinner is served". At Be our Guest, dinner is served between 4:00pm - 10:00 pm. It is the fanciest meal of the day. You'll find that Be Our Guest operates like a "normal" sit down restaurant at dinner.

At WDW, it's considered Signauture Restaurant which means the food is fancy and the cost is higher than some other locations (the 3 couse prix fixe menu is $35 for kids and $55 for adults which includes a non-alchoholic beverage).

Dinner is the most French in cuisine style, but you can get a steak if you're looking for something a little more "normal." The menu has fancy soups and salads, a cheese plate, steak, chicken, seafood, roasted meats, and a trio of desserts (you get a platter with 3 small dessrts on it... and yes, one is the grey stuff).

Advanced Dining Reservations

You NEED an ADR if you want to dine at Be Our Guest - yes, even just to get that Quick Service Grey Stuff cupcake. It's one of (if not THE) most popular restaurants in WDW. As soon as reservations open 180 days out, they're gone - poof! So if this is a must-do for your family, get an Advanced Dining reservation - you can make them for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
