We are going to Disney World in February for the first time. I am SSOOO very excited!! My question is this, we are using a quick meal service plan and I was wondering, are we able to order ANYTHING off the menu or is there only certain items on the menu that are allowed? I understand the places we can eat at but am unsure of WHAT we can order at these places.
Dad’s yes you can Answer
The Quick Service Restaurants do not restrict any menu item as a quick service meal. This is a bit different than the table service restaurants. At the Table Service Restaurants, some of the entrees are not on the Disney Dining Plan (like lobster and expensive items).
Now when you are talking about snacks, that’s a different subject. Snacks are limited, but there are plenty to choose from.
I’ll say this again …
I am not a fan of the Disney Dining Plan. I think it’s a way for Disney rip you off (usually). Yes, it’s great if you get it for free, but paying for it might not be the best idea.
The Princess and her Prince Charming just returned. They used the FREE Table Service Dining Plan. They both ended up with a Table Service credit left over. If they were paying for the plan, they would have lost money because of just that one meal.
Dad’s Bottom Line
Karla, even the most expensive items at the Quick Service Restaurants are available on the Disney Dining Plan. Hope you have fun.
