Christmas 2011 Walt Disney World plans

Hi Dad! We're trying to make some Christmas 2011 Walt Disney World plans. We've been to WDW twice but never at Christmas time. My job will prevent me from going in December and mid November will be about as late as we can go.
We're thinking November 13 (to sneak in the last day of the Food and Wine Festival) through the 20th. I can see by the schedules that I will miss the Candlelight Processional. But what about the rest of the festivities? I hear many start in November. Anything else that I would definitely miss by celebrating Christmas in November?
Dad's finally an easy one Answer
Marnie,Thanks for the great question. I think you've got a great Christmas 2011 Walt Disney World plan. Sneaking in for the last day of the International Food and Wine Festival is a great idea.
By November 13 all the decorations will be up except for the tree in the Magic Kingdom which goes up after the taping of the Christmas Day parade. The only show you'll miss is, like you said, the Candlelight Processional.

That's about all you'll miss. Enjoy.
