Eating Thanksgiving Dinner at the Resorts at Walt Disney World

Hey Yall! The week of Thanksgiving is officially upon us. I know I have many things to be thankful for: Prince Charming, Dad, and all of you out there who read my work. I want to say I truly appreciate you spending part of your day with me. Today I am going to kick off Thanksgiving week the right way by sharing with yall where to eat Thanksgiving Dinner at the resorts at Walt Disney World.

There are some resort restaurants that will have the option for guests to eat their lunch as the Thanksgiving meal. The Captain’s Grille at Disney’s Yacht Club will be serving a traditional American Buffet for both dinner and lunch. At Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel the Fresh Mediterranean Market will have both a lunch and dinner buffet.

Grand Floridian Café at the Grand Floridian Resort and spa will be serving up holiday favorites with a lunch and dinner buffet. Surprisingly the Kona Café at Dad’s favorite the Polynesian will be serving standard American food on their lunch and dinner menus. Oliva’s Café at the Old Key West Resort will have a traditional American thanksgiving theme to their lunch and dinner menu on Thursday.

Saana at the Animal Kingdom Villas will bring and interesting mix of African and Indian holiday food one their lunch and dinner menu for Thanksgiving. Trail’s End at Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground will have a holiday buffet for both lunch and dinner. The Turf Club Bar and Grill at Saratoga Springs will offer a menu with a traditional American theme for lunch and dinner. The Wave at the Contemporary Resort will have a buffet of all your favorites. Guests can order lunch or dinner at Whispering Canyon Café at Disney Wilderness Lodge.

Many other resort restaurants are serving a dinner only Thanksgiving meal. Artist Pointe at the Wilderness Lodge will have a dinner menu featuring seafood and American holiday food. The Cape May Café at the Beach Club resort will also offer seafood to go along with many American favorites on their buffet. Chef Mickey’s at the Contemporary will be hosting an American Holiday Buffet for dinner. I wonder if any of the characters will dress as pilgrims?

Citros at the Grand Floridian will bring a mix of Mediterranean favorites for their holiday dinner menu. End Zone Food Court at the All-Star Sports Resort will have quick serve options featuring traditional American Thanksgiving favorites. Flying Fish Café at the Boardwalk will have seafood complimenting many American flavors on their dinner menu. The Holiday Buffet at Garden Grove at the Swan Hotel will feature both seafood and traditional favorites.

Also at the Swan II Mulino New York Trattoria will have an Italian themed Thanksgiving dinner menu.  Narcoosee’s at the Grand Floridian will have seafood and traditional favorites to choose from on the dinner menu. Over at the Dolphin resort Todd English’s Blue Zoon will offer a seafood and traditional menu for dinner.

At Mickey’s Backyard BBQ at the Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground there will be a dinner show featuring all your favorite characters and dishes on their buffet. Finally Yachtsman Steakhouse at the Yacht Club will have a family style steak dinner and other traditional favorites to choose from. If you are staying at any of the Walt Disney Resort you will be able to find all of your favorites or even go to a different resort offering what you want.
