When does Epcot put up there Christmas Decorations?

Danny, Epcot is a little slower than the rest of the parks getting up Christmas Decorations. The first Candlelight Processional is performed the Friday after Thanksgiving.Dad's Candlelight Processional page

Epcot is a bit traditional when it comes to Christmas. They don't start really celebrating until after Thanksgiving. Funny, it used to be that all of Disney World magically transformed the Thanksgiving night. Now it's almost all month.
