Liberty Inn

Liberty Inn is closed and changing to Regal Eagle Smokehouse

Liberty Inn is the restaurant in the American Adventure Pavilion. It serves true American food. Fast food. Come on Disney. Can’t you come up with something more original for your flagship plaza than fast food. Hamburgers, hot dogs, and chicken sandwiches all served with FRENCH fries. All of the other pavilions have a full-service sit down restaurant specializing in native cuisine. Not America.

So you ask what is American cuisine. Why not something like barbeque or maybe a big buffet or something. Anything would be better than more wheat bun hamburgers and hot dogs.

Dad’s Bottom Line

Disney has hit the bottom of the barrel with this one. You won’t find it unless you need to go to the bathroom, or know where your going. The food is unexciting. Disney needs to make up their mind and not try to mix healthy food with unhealthy food. Yes, give a choice, but serving a double cheeseburger with grapes?
