November 2019 parks closing early?

"I wanted to ask about the week, specifically of November 13 through the 20th, 2019. Your crowd predictor says it should be light crowds, and another website that I saw said that due to the Mickey’s Christmas party, that whole week, the parks will be close early at 6 PM. Is there any truth to this? Thanks for your help!

Danielle"

Yes and Not Quite

Hi Danielle,

Let's see if we can clear things up. Yes, I believe the week between Veterans Day Week and Thanksgiving Week will have a few days of light crowds followed by a ramp up right before Thanksgiving week starts.

Even that weekend where I show the wall to wall crowds might come down.

That weekend is based on the Disney World ticket price calendar. They have those days as really high priced which means they are expecting huge crowds. I'm talking Christmas week crowds. The only thing I can see that would cause that is the second phase of Star Wars:Galaxy's Edge opening at that time.

Party and Early Park Closings

The only park that will close early due to a party is the Magic Kingdom. On certain dates, (the 15th, 17th, 19th and 21st) during the time you specify, the Magic Kingdom will close at 6 pm for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party.

The other parks will run a normal schedule and are not affected by the party.

If you go to Disney's website you can see the hours for November.
