Pete’s Silly Sideshow

Storybook Circus in Fantasyland is a really neat place! You’ll feel like you’ve run off and joined the circus. Don’t worry, you won’t be alone, several of your pals are ready to meet you!

Fantasyland is a detailed place. Storybook Circus (the area where you can ride Dumbo) is extremely well themed. Your favorite Disney pals have gotten into the act and are dressed in the best circus costumes. Pete is running a Silly Sideshow and he’s recruited several of your favorites to help!

What kid doesn’t love the circus? Add their favorite characters and this is one circus that you won’t want to miss.

What to Expect

As you walk under the big top tent, and through Pete’s mouth, you’ll be inside a large circus tent.

This isn’t just any circus tent. The stars of the sideshow are the Astounding Donaldo, the Great Goofini, Pluto the Wonder Pup, Daisy Fortuna. If you haven’t figured it out, that’s Donald Duck, Goofy, Pluto, and Daisy Duck.

Donald is a snake charmer, Goofy is a stuntman, Pluto trains pirouetting parisian poodles, and Daisy is a fortune teller. It’s a lot of fun!

Each character has their special area to greet people. One side of the line gets you to Donald and Goofy, the other side to Pluto and Daisy. The characters are in their special circus costumes.

Come one, come all! You’ll love seeing the characters in their circus costumes!

Pete’s Silly Sideshow is located in the Storybook Circus section of Fantasyland. It is next to (but slightly behind) Big Top Souvenirs and across from Casey Jr. Splash and Soak Station.

There is no Fastpass+ for Pete’s Silly Sideshow. However, the queue is indoors and air-conditioned. On a hot Orlando day Dad can think of worse ways to spend time! If you want shorter waits, mornings and evenings are typically the best times to visit.

Want more advice on when to visit attraction and what wait times you can expect (plus a ton of other information)? Touringplans is exactly what you’re looking for!
