Don’t know who sent this in. Pop Warner at Disney. How bad will the crowds be the weekend of December 3rd when the Pop Warner Championships are at ESPN Wide World of Sports?

That one’s really simple to answer. Pop Warner Championships, they bring in a bunch of kids to the ESPN Wide World of Sports complex but they really don’t affect the crowds in the parks. Yes, the value resorts will be all filled up.

Most of the moderate resorts will be full to the brim with the teams coming in for the Pop Warner football and cheerleader championships but the crowds, especially that first weekend, they’re going to be busy. Those kids are going to be busy practicing, performing, and doing their competition. Most of the day, the kids are tied up.

Sometimes in the evenings the parks can get a little full of teenagers, especially the Magic Kingdom but really it really doesn’t have a lot of affect on the crowds, especially that first weekend when they’re all still involved in the championships. Not too much. Not too much that first weekend.

Went once when they were staying at our resort (Port Orleans Riverside). You couldn’t pay me to go that time again.
They cheered constantly and loudly on the buses, in the food court, outside their rooms….
It was a nightmare. JMPO
