Statue of Roy Disney and Minnie Mouse
Where do they move the statue of Roy Disney and Minnie Mouse during the Christmas Holidays?
Where do they put Roy and Minnie?

Dad's what a good question Answer
That's a real good question.
For those of you that don't know, the statue of Roy Disney and Minnie Mouse is located where they put the Christmas Tree in the Magic Kingdom after the Disney Christmas Parade taping. So just what do they do with that statue? It would probably be pretty hard to move.
I found the answer. But it took me a while. If you go look at this photo
(I can't use it because I don't have permission) it shows exactly what happens to the statue of Roy Disney and Minnie Mouse when the Magic Kingdom Christmas Tree goes up.
They (at least they have in the past) leave it right in front of the presents. This makes some sense. This statue must weigh at ton. It would be hard to move on a good night, but on a night when you are scurrying to get the Christmas Tree up it might just be too much.
Christmas in the Magic Kingdom is pretty special. Taking out Roy and Minnie would be sad. I hope they keep them right where they are.
Dad's Bottom Line
Thanks for the question Joyce. It's not a problem for the first month of the Christmas season, but after they put up the Christmas Tree it's good to know just what happens.
