“Hi Dad! I will be at Disney World in December 2019 celebrating my son’s 5th birthday. We will not be staying at Disney Resort. Are we able to visit Art of Animation to walk through Radiator Springs? If this is possible, what is the easiest way for a group of 11 to do this?

Thank you

Hi Eric. That’s such a great idea.

There are a couple of ways you can do this. First if you have a car, you could just drive over. Tell the guard you want to eat at Landscape of Flavor and you can get right in.

Second, and probably the most likely, is you can take a bus to the Art of Animation from any park. Buses are open to anyone. They don’t ask if you are staying there.

Third, starting sometime this fall, you can ride the Disney Skyliner from EPCOT or Hollywood Studios to the Pop Century/Art of Animation station and get off there.

Then you can explore the Art of Animation to your hearts content. I’d suggest you walk across the bridge and check out the Pop Century while you are there. It’s really “groovy”.

There you go Eric. You can do it and it’s really easy.

Another option is to park at Disney Springs garage and take the bus to any resort. You could even resort-hop by taking a bus to one of the Bay Lake resorts and use the monorail to the others!
