“Hey Dad,

First off your website is amazing. So much good info, especially for a first timer wanting to take the kids to WDW. Your inputs are incredibly valuable!!!

However, there are many Disney World acronyms and I keep searching for their meaning. Would you happen to have a short list of acronyms spelled out for Newbies like myself?

I Hate Acronyms

You are totally correct. There are a lot of Disney World Acronyms and they are annoying. It’s one of the first things I wrote about when I started this site.

Dad’s Disney World Acronyms page

I try not to use them, but I know they are very common on a lot of websites. For us Disney people they become such a part of the conversation it’s hard not to just rattle them off.

But they drive me nuts. Sometimes I have to think a hard to figure them out. And I know Disney World pretty well. Let’s see is that ASM All Star Sports or All Star Movies. And CP, what are you talking about? Crystal Palace or Candlelight Processional?

Disney World Acronyms are confusing.

Dad’s Bottom Line

Franscois, from someone who’s getting ready to jet off to WDW, for some time in TSL, the MK, DS, to see ROL and stay at the AS, I hope you find what you’re looking for.
